Here was the first dispatch I received from Clever Commute this morning, at 6:01 AM:
"66 is running a little early 6 AM left Watchung."
Here was the second:
"66 due at YMCA at 6:35 nowhere in sight at 6:45."

Last night (11/16) at about 7pm I rode a #33 from NYC to NJ. Traffic all along route 3 was terribly backed up, but as I was overhearing the driver's radio, there was no conversation about the backup. When I got off the bus at Four Corners, I asked the driver about it, and he said "I don't know" -- that's it.
NO! That's NOT it! The driver should have asked the dispatcher "Do you know what the delay is?", and the dispatcher should have said "I don't know" -- and THEN... "I'll FIND OUT". Then s/he should have gone to the Internet, listened to a radio or TV, etc., to FIND OUT. And THEN s/he should have told all the drivers what s/he FOUND OUT so the drivers can make informed, intelligent decisions as to how to get people home on time.
This is called CUSTOMER SERVICE. Look into it! Meanwhile here are some Web sites that EVERY dispatcher should know:

I have studied and spoken with a few sovereigns all of them are not in it for the anti-government stance, some just basically know how our government REALLY operates. It was very informing and educational.I think each of us could benefit from listening to sovereigns who are not ant-gov we do it when we talk to judges and lawyers,so dont be 1 sided to any issue seek knowledge.
